Employer Brand Building : Actively promote JD’s employer brand image to candidates, showcase the company’s broad career development space, and enhance the company’s attractiveness to outstanding talents.
Candidate Relationship Management : Maintain close and effective communication with candidates, promptly answer their questions regarding the recruitment process, company culture, position content, etc., create a good application experience, and establish and maintain a long - term talent pipeline.
Data Analysis and Optimization : Regularly collect, organize, and analyze recruitment data, generate recruitment reports to provide data support for team decision - making, and based on the analysis results, continuously optimize the recruitment process and strategy to improve recruitment efficiency and quality.
Qualifications

Prior HR internship experience is preferred.
