Program Highlights

Your First Assignment
Location: Cornellá (Barcelona)
What you will do as a Pricing & Business Improvement Analyst:
Take ownership of defined projects or operational responsibilities within your host team
Apply your academic knowledge to real‑world industrial and business challenges
Collaborate with experienced professionals across functions and locations
Build a solid understanding of Air Products’ processes, standards, and culture
Support the development, analysis, and implementation of pricing and rental models (e.g., pay‑per‑use, conversion models, packaged gases pricing)
Perform sophisticated data analysis to identify margin improvement opportunities, customer behavior patterns, and pricing performance drivers
Develop and maintain customer segmentation models (e.g., quartile segmentation) to support targeted pricing actions and commercial decisions
Supply to pricing campaigns by providing analytical support, customer prioritization, and performance tracking
Develop and automate business intelligence dashboards and reports (e.g., Excel, QlikSense, Power tools) to improve visibility and decision‑making efficiency
Collaborate closely with Sales teams and Agents, supporting customer discussions with data‑backed recommendations
Identify and implement process improvement and automation opportunities aimed at improving efficiency and reducing manual effort
Participate in cross‑functional projects involving Marketing, Sales, Finance, and Operations, supplying analytical expertise and business insight
All assignments will be supported by an Assignment Manager, a Program Sponsor, and the wider CDP network.

In your second and third years, you will rotate into new assignments that broaden your experience across functions, businesses, or environments; increase your level of responsibility and autonomy; and build on your strengths while developing new skills. xpzdshu Assignments are planned based on business needs, your performance and development progress, and your interests and career aspirations.

What we are looking for
Essential requirements
Engineer background or studies in mathematics, physics, finance, economics or similar
Graduation between Summer 2025 and August 2026
Strong academic performance (e.g., 2:1 or local equivalent)
Fluent in Spanish and English (additional language a plus)
Proficiency in Excel and Office
Strong interpersonal, analytical skills and orientation to data
Good communication skills and ability to connect with different levels in the company
Self‑accountability: able to work with limited supervision
Eager to learn and strategic problem solver
Desirable requirements
Internship, co‑op, or industrial placement experience
Evidence of leadership, collaboration, or campus involvement
Strong communication skills and willingness to learn
