Senior IAM Analyst We are currently hiring for a general position: Identity Governance Senior Analyst, reporting to the Process Security Risk Team Lead within the Information Security Department. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and overseeing identity and access governance frameworks that ensure secure, compliant, and efficient access to enterprise systems and data. Your work will be essential in safeguarding organizational assets by ensuring that access is granted only to authorized individuals with the appropriate permissions. Responsibilities Develop and implement IAM strategies aligned with organizational goals and regulatory requirements Establish governance models for identity lifecycle management, including provisioning, de-provisioning, and access reviews Define and enforce IAM policies, standards, and procedures to ensure compliance with internal controls and external regulations (e.G., ITGC, GDPR) Conduct regular audits and access certifications to validate user entitlements and detect anomalies Collaborate with IT, HR, and business units to manage user roles, permissions, and segregation of duties Evaluate and integrate IAM tools and technologies, such as SailPoint, Entra ID, Active Directory, CyberArk, or Privileged Access Management and Secrets Manager tools, LDAPs Respond to security incidents related to identity and access, and support investigations and remediation efforts Provide training and awareness programs on identity governance best practices Stay current with industry trends, threats, and compliance requirements in the IAM framework About you We are looking for a highly motivated individual with excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to prioritize shifting workloads. What You’ll Bring to the Team A degree in Computer Information Systems (or similar) and 5+ years’ hands-on experience in Identity and Access Management, especially in governance Solid understanding of IAM frameworks, tools, and protocols — and the confidence to apply them in real-world situations Experience leading IAM projects with a practical, solution-focused mindset Skills in troubleshooting and solving complex technical challenges Managing audits and compliance requirements (PCI DSS, SOC 2, NIST, GDPR, COBIT, ITIL) Running risk assessments and driving process improvements Collaborating with different teams and keeping projects moving forward Fluent English, with the ability to explain technical concepts to both technical and non-technical colleagues Willingness to travel occasionally It’s a Plus If You Have Security certifications such as CISA (Certified Information Systems Auditor) and CRISC (Certified in Risk and Information Systems Control) Experience with IAM tools (SailPoint, CyberArk, Active Directory) and GRC platforms Familiarity with system auditing, monitoring, and process assessment Knowledge of smart home and IoT security technologies and business models behind them If you don’t meet all the above checkpoints, don’t worry.
