Technical Director – Industrial Solutions Development (Siemens OPCENTER) – Digital Transformation team, Bilbao or Madrid.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop technical solutions based on functional requirements.
* Coordinate and lead the development team.
* Review and approve code.
* Collaborate with solutions architect.
* Interact with project manager.
* Provide technical management of the project.
* Ensure technical quality assurance.
* Promote innovation and continuous improvement.
* Supervise technical documentation.
* Train and develop the team.

Qualifications
* Studied computer engineering, industrial electronics or automation.
* At least 5 years of experience in industrial software development or at least 2 years in technical leadership.
* Experience in agile and traditional methodologies and proficiency with Azure DevOps and JIRA.
* Advanced knowledge of Git and CI/CD.
* In-depth knowledge of Siemens Opcenter Execution.
* Experience in Opcenter Core Intelligence and APS.
* Experience with integrations with ERP and SCADA.
* Knowledge of Java, C#, SQL Server and REST APIs.
* Teamwork skills and technical rigor.
* Advanced English proficiency.
* Strong desire to learn in an international company like IDOM.
