Programme scope: This is a multi-stage development track designed for recent graduates to contribute across the full feature lifecycle, with a bootcamp, on-the-job training, and collaborative, cross-functional work with product owners, designers, and customers for feature feedback.

What You'll Be Doing
* Collaborate with product designers on new feature design and prototyping
* Contribute to the user experience design process from wireframes to implementation and release
* Work with designers and business stakeholders to define and implement elegant solutions
* Help define and maintain visual guidelines for consistency across the app
* Prototype new user interactions based on peer feedback
* Gain exposure to the Android SDK
What You'll Need
* A portfolio of coding side projects or open source contributions
* Graduated university in 2024, 2025, or 2026
* A 2:1 predicted or achieved grade (or above)
* University studies in computer science, maths, physics, or a similar field
* Proactive attitude and love of problem-solving
* Fluency in English
* Quick learner with an ambitious, results-driven personality
* Excellent communication and organisational skills
* Ability to work as part of a diverse, fast-paced team
* Full-time availability for the programme starting in September 2026
