Responsibilities
* Monitoring and support of internal and customer quality requirements, in products and processes, in accordance with the Group's quality planning model.
* Ensure the resolution (containment, correction and prevention) of non-conformities, whether internal or external, prioritizing those related to customer complaints, through structured problem-resolution methods.
* Identify risks associated with compliance with quality and environmental requirements, promote preventive management (FMEAs, Control Plan), define and escalate problems and propose action plans for mitigation.
* Management and resolution of quality incidents related to the product, process or service under its scope using structured problem-solving methods.
* Generate quality reports and documentation with technical criteria.
* Collaborate with other parts of the organization on new development projects, industrialization, process reengineering, or other transversal quality activities.
Requirements
* Master’s or degree in engineering (Aeronautical, Mechanical, Industrial, or similar).
* 2+ years of work experience in the functions described in an industrial context.
* Proficiency in spoken and written English.
* Knowledge of composite materials.
* Office 365, specifically Excel.
* Availability to travel.
