Role Overview:
The Business Development Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to grow our client base.
Main Responsibilities:
1. Identify new leads for expansion and develop strategies to grow our portfolio of Introducing Brokers and Partners.
2. Maintain contact with clients/partners to ensure high customer satisfaction.
3. Build and manage your own client portfolio.
4. Follow up on queries and provide prompt feedback.
5. Achieve and exceed monthly targets.
6. Training and support will be provided.
Requirements:
* A diploma or degree in any field is preferred.
* Previous experience in B2B Forex or CFD Sales or Account Management is required.
* Excellent oral and written English skills.
* French/German language skills are an advantage.
* 3 to 4 years of experience.
* Proficiency in Spanish & English languages.
* Access to personal devices suitable for remote work is required.
