POSITIONAs a
Product Designer (all genders)
in Travel Tech, you will work closely with Product Managers and Engineering Leads to discover, validate, and deliver user-centric solutions. Your focus will be on usability, ensuring our products are intuitive, efficient, and impactful, directly shaping an improved experience for business travelers and corporate bookers.
CHALLENGES
Usability Ownership :
Eliminate friction points, meet user expectations with clarity.
Discovery & Hypothesis Validation :
Collaborate to identify problems, explore solutions, validate with research and prototyping.
Continuous User Research :
Conduct interviews, inquiries, workshops, usability tests to gather insights.
Strategic Design Execution :
Create prototypes, pixel-perfect designs, and drive change initiatives using Amazon’s 6-pager method.
Iterative Delivery :
Work with engineers to ensure quality, measure success, and iterate.
Design System Contribution :
Maintain and enhance our Design System for consistency across platforms.
QUALIFICATIONS
Minimum 2 years experience in product design (B2B/B2C).
Expertise in usability testing, hypothesis-driven design, data-focused work.
Collaborative mindset with Product Trio (PM, Designer, Engineer).
Proficiency in Figma, Miro, Dovetail, User Interviews.
Experience in user research and translating insights into designs.
Excellent English communication skills.
Passion for agile development and modern discovery/delivery practices.
