Qualifications
* Degree in Architecture, Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or equivalent academic or work experience.
* Minimum 10 years of experience in a Project Management role.
* Experience working with international clients.
* Business fluency in both written and verbal Spanish and English; knowledge of Catalan is an advantage.
* Strong management, LEAN planning, and organizational skills.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Collaborative skills to ensure good performance across teams.
* Proactive and confident in leading meetings and liaising with Technical Teams, Contractors, and Public Sector representatives.
* Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
* Experience in the construction industry, with a solutions-oriented mindset and leadership aptitude.
* Good understanding of tendering processes, value engineering, and cost management.

Responsibilities
We are seeking a Project Manager (m/f/d) to join our Spain team in Barcelona. The Project Manager will be assigned to one or more projects, reporting to the Project Director, and responsible for overseeing all aspects of project management.
The ideal candidate should demonstrate the ability and enthusiasm to manage complex projects in Living, Offices, Urban Development, or Hospitality sectors.
The role involves contributing to project delivery, managing stakeholders (local and international), taking responsibility for actions, and supporting business evolution.
Responsibilities include:
* Supporting the Project Director in developing the project execution strategy.
* Collaborating throughout the project lifecycle to deliver within scope, time, and cost constraints.
* Coordinating stakeholders, liaising between project teams, clients, and public agencies.
* Tendering and awarding consultant teams.
* Reviewing architectural and engineering outputs for quality, completeness, and compliance.
* Managing changes to the project brief.
* Managing tender and award processes for contractor teams.
* Reviewing contractor works and managing cost controls related to budget, costs, contracts, changes, and risks.
* Developing and maintaining project schedules.
* Preparing and presenting progress reports to the client team.
