If you want to be part of a professional, friendly team environment where you can develop your skills as a chef de Partie, we work with a network of 4- and 5-star hotels located in the stunning Austrian Alps (Vorarlberg, Tyrol, Kärnten, Steiermark, Salzburg).
Your Main Responsibilities:
* Prepare menus collaboratively with your team.
* Ensure supplies are adequate at cooking stations.
* Maintain high standards of health and hygiene.
* Help foster a smooth and friendly working environment.
* Collaborate with the Chef and Sous Chef on various activities.
* Display professional competence and focus on service quality.
* Plan daily operations and manage stock orders.
What We Offer:
* Employment at one of our 4- or 5-star hotels.
* Contract types: seasonal or permanent, depending on the hotel.
* Minimum of 48 hours per week, working 6 days; winter season may involve 48-54 hours.
* Net salary with 13 or 14 payments per year.
* Trial period of 2 to 3 weeks.

Minimum Requirements:
* European nationality or passport is mandatory.
* At least 1 year of experience as a Chef de Partie in hotels.
* Studies and training in the gastronomy sector.
* Intermediate English level (B1+) is essential.
