Role SummaryThe Project Manager will lead governance and delivery coordination for the external vendor scope, ensuring effective handover from Baxter, readiness of Vantive environments, successful execution of UAT and OQ testing, and a controlled transition to production followed by hypercare support.
Key Responsibilities
Own project governance, integrated plan, RAID management, and status reporting for vendor scope
Coordinate Baxter → Vantive knowledge transfer and ensure completeness of handover artefacts
Plan and manage UAT and OQ testing cycles, including entry/exit criteria and business sign‐offs
Coordinate cross‐functional teams (Finance, Sales & Distribution, Integration, 3PL)
Drive cutover readiness activities and go‐live checklists
Oversee hypercare support and stabilization reporting
Manage dependencies across time zones (UK, Europe, offshore teams)
Required Skills & Experience
10+ years of ERP project management experience (JD Edwards preferred)
Strong understanding of JDE functional and integration landscapes
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
Education / Certification
PMP / PRINCE2 / Agile certification preferred
