ResponsibilitiesMarket DevelopmentDevelop hospital/distributor channels and achieve sales targetsMarket Intelligence: Analyze MIS rates, reimbursement policies, KOL mappingDesign regional marketing strategies and maintain key account relationshipsLead clinical demonstrations and surgeon training programsMonitor competitors and submit competition reports
Education: BSc, preferably with MedTech regulatory knowledge
Experience:Senior sales experience in high-end medical devices (surgical robotics/endoscopic preferred)Proven track record in sales
Language:fluent level of the local languageBusiness English fluency for international collaboration
Mobility50% travel commitment (incl. monthly international trips)Valid Driver's License
