39h/week schedule: Monday–Friday between 09:00 and 20:00
Assist customers through incoming support requests
Troubleshoot incidents requiring deeper technical know-how
Resolve issues related to specialized products like SoundTouch
Keep users updated with resolution progress
What we’re looking for:
Fluency in German and a solid command of English
Great communication and customer care skills
Experience or interest in audio products, wireless networking & live music tech
Familiarity with Windows and macOS
Prior experience in tech support or a fast-paced customer service role
