JOB DESCRIPTION:
The Initiatives Governance & Data Analyst in Sourcing COE plays a critical role in driving data-driven decision-making, improving processes, optimizing sourcing performance and operational efficiency by providing actionable insights through data analysis.
Through rigorous analysis, reporting, and stakeholder collaboration, the analyst helps ensure initiatives are aligned with organizational priorities, deliver intended value, and adhere to governance standards.
This role contributes to enhancing the overall value and competitiveness of the company´s sourcing strategies.
This role will be involved in complex end-to-end sourcing initiatives, ensuring high quality of output in a timely manner. This involves working very closely with Sourcing teams to design, launch, report and track success of the specific initiatives.

Skills
* Excellent analytical, numerical and presentation skills; able to interpret, summarize and present complex data sets from multiple sources clearly and succinctly; strong attention to detail
* Methodical and organized mindset
* Proactive attitude, able to take initiative to propose and lead individual pieces of work or solve problems with minimal supervision when needed
* Strong drive, capacity to push and make things happen while engaging with relevant key stakeholders
* Team spirit and attitude, comfortable working in multiple initiatives simultaneously
* Ability to build strong working relationships, create networks and influence; proactive in engaging with the business
* Tableau and Salesforce knowledge
* SQL-Snowflake knowledge
* Project tools knowledge (Jira)
* Excel and Powerpoint knowledge
* Very good English skills, both written and spoken
* Effective stakeholder management and problem-solving skills
Experience:
* Hands-on experience in managing initiative-related datasets, ensuring data integrity and consistency across governance and sourcing tools.
* Experience in automating workflows and integrating digital tools
* Experience working with travel distribution and technology (APIs, channel managers, tech houses, etc)
* Proven experience of leading end-to-end processes
* Experience in sourcing or supply chain management is a plus
* Knowledge of emerging technologies and nuances of travel will be a plus
* Ability to work in a Centre of Excellence model, ensuring global consistency while tailoring solutions to regional needs
* Previous experience in project management and leading matrixed project teams to successful completion is a plus
