Responsibilities
* Translating business needs into functional and technical specifications, validation, testing, deployment, maintenance, and evolution.
* Being a subject matter expert for the Assisted Channels Cards domain, with full knowledge of products, processes, challenges, and competitors.
* Identifying business challenges and opportunities for improvement, providing strategic or tactical recommendations.
Qualifications
* Bachelor's / Master's Degree in Computer Engineering or related fields.
* High proficiency in English and Spanish.
* Over 5 years of relevant experience.
* Experience with cards software implementation and/or retail banking operations, preferably in banking cards and POS solutions.
* Strong problem-solving, complexity management, and innovation skills.
* Ability to coordinate multiple change requests across the cards domain.
* Analytical skills to identify technical drawbacks and improve processes.
* Experience collaborating with colleagues across sales, operations, finance, and other areas to enhance efficiency and quality.
