We are looking for an experienced and quality driven Head Chef to join our team for a Brasserie Astoria concept in a European location.
The concept of Brasserie Astoria was introduced in 2021 in Stockholm in a venue that was once a cinema and with a long history of international hot spot glory. The Astoria of today wants to recreate the international and sophisticated experience with a strong focus on friendly, knowledgeable service. In 2023, Brasserie Astoria opened in Singapore, and in 2025in Marbella.
As Head Chef you will be the first in command and ensure that the gastronomy is aligned with the Studio Frantzén brand.
The successful candidate will
* Have previous experience as Head Chef with exceptional ability of kitchen management
* Oversee the daily operations of the staff and kitchen
* Construct menus with existing culinary creations ensuring the variety and quality of the servings
* Be a clear communicator and enjoy being part of a team
* Be fully in charge of hiring, managing and training kitchen staff
* Effectively manage, motivate and lead the team
* Be highly proficient in spoken and written English
