In this role you translate customer expectations into internal quality requirements and drive quality throughout the project lifecycle from acquisition to production. You work with cross-functional teams to implement quality methods, risk assessments, and control plans, influencing product quality and process capability. You support PPAP readiness, supplier and production readiness, and continuous improvement initiatives. You will contribute to audits, test methods, and data-driven problem solving within a global automotive context.

• Translate customer expectations into internal quality requirements and ensure their validity
• Collaborate in project teams from acquisition to series production and change requests
• Initiate feasibility studies, tolerance development, and Poka Yoke planning
• Create and maintain FMEAs (D-FMEA, P-FMEA) and derive special characteristics and PCP
• Contribute to test method and equipment development and concept approvals
• Initiate and support Statistical Process Control in project launches
• Initiate and maintain IMDS requirements until PPAP release
• Handle quality topics in customer portals and prepare gate-relevant work packages
• Support prototype production, delivery approval, and initial product audit checklists
• Participate in process and system audits; assist Plant Quality Engineer in PPAP/PPA during project launch
Responsabilidades
• >3 years of experience in Quality Management
• University degree xpzdshu (preferable technical studies)
• ISO 9001 auditor – certified (valuable)
• IATF 16949 auditor – certified (valuable)
• VDA 6.3 process auditor – certified (valuable)
• Visual Basic for Applications – expert (valuable)
• Excellent written and verbal English skills (valuable)
