GMS is looking for a hands-on Corporate Communications Manager (one-year contract, 60-80% workload) who shares our values of integrity, agility, and commitment. The role focuses on building our global reputation through external communications—PR, speakerships, and thought leadership—as well as internal communications.Who we are :

Communications Strategy :
Execute the communications strategy in a collaborative team setup, ensuring continuity during absences.Develop and run an annual thought leadership program with industry associations.Lead branded content projects (articles, videos, or speaker engagements) with media and analysts to support GMS’s positioning.Media Relations (Press Office) :
Create content in various formats (press releases, opinion pieces, thought leadership articles).Work with journalists and / or PR agencies to build brand awareness.Oversee reporting and media monitoring.Internal Communications :
Plan and deliver internal communication initiatives (newsletters, Town Halls).Collaborate with HR, leadership, and marketing to align messaging and support company goals.Thought Leadership :
Manage and grow relationships with industry associations, identifying engagement opportunities.Draft content and manage speaking opportunities in close coordination with the events team.Coach speakers to ensure message consistency.Research and assess potential new associations aligned with GMS’s priorities.Oversee participation in awards programs.What we expect :
Degree in communications, journalism, PR, or related field.5+ years in corporate comms, journalism, or similar roles in tech / telco (agency + in-house preferred).Understanding of AI trends and ability to turn them into clear messaging is a plus.Excellent editorial and storytelling skills.Ability to develop and execute tailored communication plans.Fluent English (written and spoken).Confidence in working with internal / external stakeholders and senior leaders.Strong multitasking, planning, and problem-solving abilities.High attention to detail.What we offer :
