We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Enterprise Sales Executive with a strong hunter mindset and a proven track record in selling complex solutions to large enterprise organizations. This role is focused on new business development, requiring a proactive individual who thrives on identifying, creating, and winning new opportunities.

WHAT YOUR IMPACT WILL BE:
- Identify, target, and engage new enterprise accounts to generate qualified sales opportunities;
- Navigate complex organizational structures by mapping stakeholders, understanding decision-making processes, and building multi-level relationships;
- Conduct effective opportunity qualification, assessing deal viability and prioritizing high-impact opportunities;
- Develop and execute tailored engagement strategies to advance deals through the sales cycle;
- Own the full sales process, from initial outreach through negotiation and closing;
- Build trusted relationships with senior business, technical, and procurement stakeholders;
- Uncover customer needs and align solutions to deliver clear business value;
- Manage long and complex sales cycles with discipline and persistence;
- Maintain accurate and timely pipeline management and forecasting;
- Provide regular updates on progress, risks, and activities, ensuring full transparency with management.
THE IDÓNEO PROFILE:
- Demonstrated experience in enterprise sales, preferably in complex or solution-based environments;
- Strong hunter mentality, with a passion for prospecting and opening new markets;
- Proven ability to work independently while maintaining alignment with leadership;
- Highly organized and disciplined in reporting, pipeline management, and communication;
- Skilled in stakeholder management across large, matrixed organizations;
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and influencing skills;
- Strategic thinker with strong analytical and decision-making abilities;
- Resilient, proactive, and comfortable operating in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
ANNUAL BASE SALARY: 70.000€ + bonus
