Job Purpose
The Alliances Manager will drive and expand strategic alliances to support LEVEL's growth. This role involves identifying, developing, and managing partnerships that create new opportunities, strengthen market presence, and promote sustainable growth.
Main Responsibilities
1. Identify and develop partnerships: Seek out and cultivate alliances aligned with LEVEL’s strategic goals, including leveraging existing IAG partners.
2. Negotiation and agreement: Negotiate mutually beneficial partnership agreements and participate in group negotiations.
3. Opportunities identification: Establish and lead working groups to identify and implement partnership opportunities across functions, ensuring alignment and success.
4. Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with partners, addressing issues and fostering ongoing collaboration.
5. Performance Monitoring and Reporting: Track and report on partnership performance to inform strategic decisions.
6. Industry Awareness: Stay informed of industry trends, competitors, and emerging opportunities.
7. Strategic Alliances Project Management: Manage ad-hoc projects related to strategic alliances.
8. Process documentation: Document negotiation processes across internal stakeholders such as commercial, operations, finance, and legal.
Experience
We seek a passionate professional with:
1. At least 5 years in commercial roles, with a minimum of 2 years in airline partnerships and alliances.
2. Strong negotiation skills for complex agreements.
3. Experience in relationship management with key stakeholders.
4. Strategic thinking and execution capabilities.
5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
6. Analytical skills for data analysis and performance improvement.
7. Familiarity with the airline industry and related sectors.
8. Business acumen regarding partnership principles and financial implications.
Languages
Fluent in English and Spanish.
