Experteer Overview In this role you will drive the enablement strategy for Vodafone's Mobile Connectivity portfolio to lift sales performance across OpCos, segments and routes-to-market. You’ll translate the roadmap into concrete sales plays and practical tools, partnering with Product, Commercial and Marketing to accelerate adoption. You lead engaging training, digital and live sessions, and measure impact to deliver stronger commercial results. This is a strategic, hands-on role in a global, mission-driven company.Compensaciones / Beneficios
- Develop and execute the sales enablement strategy aligned to the product roadmap
- Design and deliver training, workshops and certifications for sales teams
- Create and localise sales collateral (pitch decks, one-pagers, battlecards, customer stories)
- Own and curate the Mobile Connectivity enablement journey in the Sales Enablement platform
- Define KPIs and feedback loops to measure readiness, adoption, pipeline and performance, then iterateResponsabilidades
- 3+ years in sales enablement, sales operations or related roles
- Proven track record of implementing successful enablement programs
- Strong project management to handle multiple initiatives and deliver on time
- Excellent presentation, communication and interpersonal skills
