**External Partner Coordinator**
**Key responsibilities**:
- Managing Lipotec’s CMO and Third Parties or any external partner to ensure quality products supplied on time
- Steer daily operations and make key decisions on scheduling, inventory control, planning.
- Coordinate Demand & Supply Planning to ensure adequate level of Inventories in Raw Materials and Finished Goods.
- Production orders management
- Managing Lipotec’s CMO and Third Parties or any external partner to ensure quality products supplied on time
- Steer daily operations and make key decisions on scheduling, inventory control, planning.
- Regularly reviews and evaluates External Partners performance (KPIs defined), planning, correctives action status
- Maintain the integrity of the Master Supply Agreement, ensuring alignment with Quality agreements and appropriate documents
- Support the track and monitor of the External Manufacturing budget
- Follows up compliance audit findings to ensure timely closure
- Coordinates with business / Purchasing / relevant site team to select and consolidate tollers/external Lubrizol partners.
- Working according to Lipotec Quality standards and updating the Procedures as needed.
- Working according to Lipotec/Lubrizol HSES guidelines and the Spain regulations reporting any deviation from these standards.
- 3-5 years of experience in personal care/ ingredients/pharma/ cosmetic industry
- Experience in different functional areas of supply chain department, external partners coordination (knowledge in planning is an asset)
- Education: Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Food Science, Chemical Engineering, Process Engineering, Business administration or other relevant qualification
- Mastery in English
- Demonstrated ability to work in a matrix organization.
- Willing to take initiatives and work proactively across functions.
- Good communication skills and creative mindset
- Able to travel
- Quality Certifications is an asset
