As a Junior Purchasing Administrator Specialist you will be responsible for managing and coordinating procurement activities within an organization. They ensure that goods and services are acquired efficiently, cost-effectively, and in compliance with company policies. Tasks include processing purchase orders, maintaining vendor relationships, tracking inventory, and ensuring timely delivery of materials.
What will the role entail?
* Assist in processing purchase orders and tracking order statuses to ensure timely
delivery of goods and services
* Support the procurement team in maintaining accurate inventory records and reporting discrepancies
* Communicate with vendors to resolve issues related to orders, deliveries, and pricing
* Participate in the evaluation of supplier performance and provide insights for
improvement
* Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand purchasing needs and ensure
alignment with inventory management
* Maintain organized documentation of purchasing activities and supplier contracts

Requirements of the position :
* Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or similar
* Languages : high level (min. C1; both written and spoken) of Spanish and English.
* Basic understanding of purchasing and procurement processes
* Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
* High proficiency in Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP). Knowledge of SAP
* Ability to analyze purchasing data for trends and opportunities
