Medical Device Key Account Manager (KAM)
based in
Barcelona,Spain
Your Mission
To promote, prescribe, and sell the company's digital medical solution to epileptologists and hospitals, ensuring profitable growth and high customer satisfaction. Build strong relationships between Neuraxpharm and Key Accounts, including Physicians and Nursing teams. Support the effective communication of scientific & medical information, empowering the launch and commercialization of products.
Your Major Accountabilities
- Develop and implement a national sales strategy targeting reference hospitals and epileptologists.
- Build strong relationships with key opinion leaders (KOLs), hospital decision-makers, and prescribers.
- Achieve sales and profitability targets for the assigned country.
- Collaborate with marketing and medical teams to increase awareness of the company's solution.
- Monitor market dynamics, competitors, and new business opportunities.
- Participate in and contribute to projects and initiatives that increase the value and productivity of the sales team and products facilitating collaborations in the healthcare ecosystem.
We Would Like You To Have
- 3 years of previous experience as KAM in the Pharma Industry.
- 3 years of experience in digital medical device and/or digital health.
- Knowledge of epilepsy and neurology is highly desirable.
- Experience in digital health or connected medical solutions.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Strategic thinking, relationship management, digital health literacy.
- Demonstrated ability to leverage digital tools (CRM, analytics) for account management.
- Proven track record in patient-centric sales approaches.
- Experience in compliance with healthcare regulations and ethical standards.
- Fluent in Spanish and English desirable.
