3+ years of experience in a similar leadership role within airport or airline operations.A pre-university or university-level education.Fluent in English and Spanish, both written and spoken.Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to stay calm under pressure.A strong team player and communicator who motivates others and keeps collaboration flowing.
