Role Mission

Your mission is to ensure customers achieve real value from Kunak solutions, driving product adoption, retention, and account growth.

You will act as a trusted advisor, helping customers use our technology effectively and turn data into actionable insights.


Key Responsibilities

* Onboarding & Activation: Ensure a smooth start and fast time-to-value
* Support setup, configuration, and initial training
* Adoption & Value: Monitor product usage and detect gaps
* Guide customers on best practices and key features
* Help customers interpret data and extract insights
* Account Management: Build strong relationships with key stakeholders
* Identify risks and ensure high renewal rates
* Growth: Detect upsell and cross-sell opportunities
* Collaborate with Sales to expand accounts
* Training & Enablement: Deliver training sessions
* Improve documentation and onboarding materials
* Customer Feedback: Act as the voice of the customer internally
* Identify improvements in product and processes
* Collaboration:Work with Technical Office, Support, Product, and Sales teams

* Product adoption and usage
* Customer satisfaction (NPS / CSAT)
* Expansion (upsell / cross-sell)


Profile

* Degree in Engineering, Environmental Sciences, Chemistry, or similar
* 2–5+ years in Customer Success, Technical Account Management, or similar
* Strong technical understanding (data, sensors, environmental monitoring…)
* Ability to translate technical concepts into customer value
* Excellent communication and analytical skills
* Proactive, organized, and customer-focused mindset


Languages

* Fluent English (spoken and written) is required
* Additional languages are a plus


Nice to Have

* Experience with SaaS or data platforms and their related CSM KPIs.
* Experience in environmental or industrial sectors

* This role requires a strong technical profile combined with a customer-oriented mindset
* We value candidates who can understand complex systems and clearly explain them to customers
* Previous experience in Customer Success is a plus, but the ability to learn, communicate, and drive customer value is essential
