About the Role
Comprehensive management of key accounts and coordination of all customer‐related activities.
Responsibilities
- Preparation and presentation of commercial offers.
- Regular customer visits and participation in strategic meetings.
- Presentation of new products and technical‐commercial support.
- Creation, maintenance, and expansion of the customer portfolio.
- Follow‐up of commercial and technical projects.
- Preparation of the annual sales budget and variance analysis.
- Preparation of commercial reports and reporting to management.
- Registration and follow‐up of FQRs in specific systems.
- Use of SAP (Sales module) for order, pricing, and contract management.
- Updating price lists and commercial conditions.
- Review and resolution of invoice price discrepancies.
- Quotation and follow‐up of commercial samples.
- Support with administrative sales tasks when required.
- Coordination of customer visits and audits.
- Management, negotiation, and renewal of commercial contracts.
- Maintenance and updating of the corporate CRM.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree, Diploma, or Engineering (any business, industrial, or technical field).
- A Master's in International Trade or equivalent training will be valued.
Required Skills
- High level of English (essential for interaction with European headquarters).
- Proficiency in SAP Sales and CRM tools.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
- Results‐oriented with strong analytical capabilities.
- Availability to travel.
- Proactivity, autonomy, and ability to manage complex projects.
Preferred Skills
- Previous experience as a KAM or Senior Sales Representative (ideally in home appliances).
- Experience in industrial companies (cabling or plastic injection) will be valued.
- Candidates without direct experience in home appliances may also be considered if they bring:
- Solid commercial experience in Tier 1 / Tier 2, or
- Competencies and training aligned with the role.
