Minor Hotels Europe & AmericasWhat will be your mission?Join the Performance Marketing and Web Teams at Minor Hotels for a Paid Search position where youll develop your expertise in PPC and the travel industry. Collaborate with a global team. This role will lead you to serve as the primary point of contact for our Australia-based PPC project team from Madrid office.What will you do?- Integrate our Australasia B2C Paid Search activities into our Madrid operations- Maximise online revenue and profitability of Paid Search and other related CPC campaigns (e.G. Performance Max)- Act as a champion for the cluster of hotels located in the areas under their responsibility- Manage Google Ads, Microsoft Advertising and Yandex campaigns for the assigned points of sale with a strong focus on maximising marketing contribution- Conduct in-depth analysis of results in order to identify areas for improvement- Implement successful optimisation techniques to maximise returns for assigned points of sale by making best use of available tools- Implement and optimise other types of Google Ads campaigns, such as Youtube and DemandGen- Analyse data and daily KPIs- Identify and react to specific business needs and market trends- Work on specific tests/projects to be rolled out globally if successful- Collaborate with other Performance Marketing areas such as SEO, Analytics and Metasearch- Communicate with relevant stake holders (Australasia)- Participate in the global optimisation strategy of Minor Hotels Europe & Americas web conversion ratesWhat are we looking for?EXPERIENCEExperience managing large multilingual Paid Search campaigns with proven ability to deliver high returns on investmentExperience using Paid Search managing tools, ideally SA360Experience in both e-commerce (B2C) and leads (B2B)Experience with other types of Google Ads campaigns (P-Max, Youtube, DemandGen)Experience using analytics software such as Google Analytics, Dashboarding tools such as Google Looker Studio or Power BI, and full stack GMPExperience in audience management (remarketing, in-market, predictive models)Experience with brand monitoring toolsExperience in working within project management tools managing tasks/workflows and creative filesDemonstrated ability to create and present ongoing performance reports, campaign reports, and pull together ad hoc deep dive performance reports to respond to changing business needs throughout a wide range of properties and destinationsDemonstrated search ad copywriting/editing ability for a broad range of hotel and/or tourism products/servicesQUALIFICATIONSBachelors DegreeOnline Marketing Master desirableSPECIFIC KNOWLEDGE- Paid Search tools and techniques(Google Ads, Microsoft Advertising and related tools, up to date certification desirable)- Bid management tools (Search Ads 360)- Performance Max campaigns- Youtube & DemandGen campaigns- Google Analytics (full stack Google Marketing Platform knowledge desirable)- Advanced knowledge of Excel- Fluent in English (other languages desirable)SKILLS- Must be able to start work at 08:
00 (CET) or earlier to overlap with our office in Australia- High proficiency in MS Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)- Fluent in English (Native English preferred) and Spanish (further languages will be a plus).
