What You'll Do:
As a Senior Business Analyst within the Monetize Tribe, you will act as a key interface between the business teams and Internal IT, working hand-in-hand with the Product Owner. Your scope will cover a mix of different applications: SAP BRIM and connected systems, .NET and low-code / no-code solutions.
In this role, you will capture business needs, translate them into actionable functional requirements, challenge and refine them and oversee end-to-end solution delivery. You will partner closely with developers, SAP BRIM Experts, Tech Leads and business stakeholders to ensure scalability, performance and reliability across the applications.
Key Responsibilities
Business Partnering
1. Act as a primary IT counterpart for Monetize process owners (mainly Finance).
2. Support the IT Monetize Product Owner by delivering thorough functional and data analysis to guide solution design and decision-making.
3. Challenge requests when necessary to ensure feasibility, consistency, and alignment with architectural principles and technical best practices.
Functional Design
4. Design scalable and maintainable solutions
5. Convert requirements into functional specifications
6. Align impacts with Tech Lead & Solution Architects (data, integrations, security, reporting), especially for complex issues: investigate, diagnose and help resolving.
7. Define UX/UI expectations in collaboration with Product Owner and business teams.
Delivery, UAT & Release Readiness
8. Define or contribute to clear acceptance criteria to ensure requirements are fully testable and aligned with business expectations.
9. Oversee change delivery end-to-end, including impact analysis, test planning, coordination of UAT activities, and defect follow-up.
10. Participate in release reviews and confirm readiness before deployment.
Transition management between Legacy and SAP BRIM
11. Ensure continuity of operations during the transition phase.
12. Define and coordinate the articulation between legacy and target SAP BRIM.
13. Oversee historical data migration and validation activities.
Collaboration & Innovation
14. Work in close partnership with AR, AP, Billing key users and the Product Owner to explore creative approaches, encourage Proofs of Concept and foster a culture of experimentation.
15. Document solution configurations and functional processes to build Criteo's internal knowledge base and ensure long-term autonomy.
16. Contribute to our functional and technological watch: actively stay informed on Tech updates (AI, low-code / no-code, etc.) and proactively support the Product Owner by assessing their relevance to optimize our Finance processes.
Who You Are:
Mandatory / Core Profile
17. A true \"hybrid\" profile: you are equally comfortable animating a requirements workshop, getting information directly from the database and configuring the system yourself.
18. 8+ years of total experience as a Business Analyst, Functional Consultant, or Product-adjacent technical role.
19. A strong hands-on and operational mindset. You are driven to personally investigate, diagnose, and resolve complex issues.
20. Excellent understanding of integration impacts (APIs, data flows), especially in a multi-system landscape (ERP + Billing system).
21. Experience with SAP BRIM and .NET technologies
22. Solid understanding of monetization, billing, or subscription-based processes.
23. Strong communication skills, ability to partner effectively with both Finance stakeholders and technical teams. Fluent in English.
Nice to Have
24. Multi-country ERP rollout experience (e-invoicing, tax localization).
25. Experience with AI and low-code / no-code technologies, with the ability to propose innovative and pragmatic solution approaches.
26. Knowledge of Oracle Fusion Cloud Financials, Oracle Analytics Cloud, EPM, or related Oracle SaaS solutions.
