About the BOOST program
You will be part of the PMI team in the Canary Islands during a 6+6 months full-time internship (six months that can be extended to twelve), working 35 hours per week. During the program, you will receive a monthly gross salary of €944. You will also have the opportunity to benefit from a fully paid online Master’s or a specific postgraduate degree.

* Please note that we do not sign university agreements for curricular internships, as we already have an agreement with the financed Masters at Universidad de Nebrija.
Who we’re looking for
* Available to join PMI on September 1st.
* Recently graduated or soon to graduate (with a maximum of 9 credits left to graduate).
* Proficient in English (High Intermediate B2) and Spanish (native speaker).
* Valid Spanish work permit or Student Visa.
* Passionate about learning and gaining experience in a multinational environment.
* Knowledge of Microsoft Office tools.

Timeline and selection process
Internship integration is scheduled for September 2025. The recruitment process involves multiple phases, including online tests, a video interview, an open day (assessment and final interviews), and onboarding in September 2025.
