RED is currently looking for a Business Analyst to join one of our global clients on a premium-level engagement within an airline maintenance environment.
Job Title: Business Analyst – MRO AI Solutions
Location: Spain - ideally Madrid or Barcelona
Duration: 6 months + extension
Responsibilities
Engage with MRO stakeholders to understand business processes, challenges and opportunities for AI solutions
Translate complex business problems into epics, user stories and acceptance criteria
Facilitate workshops and design sessions to align business needs with product roadmap
Support backlog refinement, roadmap planning and delivery execution
Identify dependencies, risks and ensure scalable solutions across business units
Requirements
Minimum 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in agile environments
Strong understanding of airline maintenance (MRO) or similar asset‐intensive operations
Experience working with data‐driven or AI/ML‐enabled solutions
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
Ability to work in fast‐paced, product‐centric teams
Willingness to be on‐site in London initially and travel internationally
We are looking for a Business Analyst to join our FX IT Tribe. While prior experience in the FX sector is not mandatory, we highly value proactive individuals who are eager to learn and quickly adapt to a dynamic environment.
Key responsibilities
Support analysis of FX business processes and translate needs into user stories and acceptance criteria.
Assist Product Owner and dev team in backlog refinement and prioritisation.
Run functional tests and validate releases to ensure production stability.
Prepare reports and presentations to support decision‐making.
Support or perform Scrum Master‐related tasks when needed to ensure smooth delivery.
Requirements
Native or fluent Spanish (mandatory) and professional‐level English.
Strong ownership mindset with the ability to operate effectively in ambiguous environments.
Demonstrated ability to write clear, well‐structured user stories and acceptance criteria.
Proactive attitude with strong ownership and effective stakeholder communication skills.
Valuable experience (nice to have)
Experience working in Agile/Scrum teams.
Experience in FX, payments, cash management or other transactional financial solutions.
Hands‐on experience working with APIs (REST, JSON, Swagger/OpenAPI, API consumers).
Experience defining contracts, error handling and non‐functional requirements for APIs.
Familiarity with tools such as Jira, Confluence, Postman.

Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly motivated and detail‐oriented Analysis & Reporting Business Analyst to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for analyzing and reporting data related to hotel contracts, supplier information, and content information. This role plays a crucial part in optimizing our operations and ensuring high‐quality service to our suppliers.
You will support the business by delivering accurate analysis, recurring and ad‐hoc reporting, and insights that enable more informed decisions. Additionally, you will closely monitor the performance of the Loading & Contents and Quality Control teams, identifying opportunities for improvement and operational excellence.
Responsibilities
Analyze and interpret data related to hotel contracts, supplier agreements, and content information to identify trends and insights.
Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and visualizations to communicate key metrics and findings to stakeholders.
Monitor and evaluate the performance of Loading & Contents and Quality Control teams, providing recurring and ad‐hoc analyses.
Prepare presentations and recommendations based on data‐driven insights to support strategic decision‐making.
Collaborate with cross‐functional teams to gather and interpret business requirements.
Skillset and Experience Required
Critical Requirement: Advanced Tableau Skills
Proficiency in Tableau is essential for this role. The successful candidate will be expected to:
Build, maintain, and optimize interactive dashboards .
Transform complex datasets into clear, insightful visualizations .
Support business stakeholders through data‐driven storytelling using Tableau.
Fluent in English and Spanish .
Proven experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar analytical role, preferably within travel or hospitality.
Strong proficiency in SQL and Excel
Strong analytical, numerical, communication, and presentation skills, with the ability to interpret and simplify complex datasets.
Excellent interpersonal skills, capable of collaborating with diverse teams across all levels.
Detail‐oriented, highly organized, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Ability to work independently and adapt to a fast‐paced environment.
Knowledge of hotel contracts, supplier management, or content information is desirable.
