Dairy beverage technical sales

Separation & Flow Technologies encompass process engineering components and machines, including separators, decanters, homogenizers, valves, and pumps, which are central to many production processes.

For our Separation & Flow Technologies Division in Granollers, we are seeking a Dairy (milk, cheese, vegetable drinks) & Beverage (beer, juice, wine, coffee) Technical Sales specialist.

Tasks:

* Meet annual order intake and sales expectations for Dairy and Beverage applications.
* Negotiate all sales orders to ensure acceptable gross margins according to targets.
* Maintain existing customer relationships and expand GEA Westfalia Separator's market share in Dairy and Beverage applications.
* Assist the Head of Sales in defining sales strategies for the Iberian market in Beverage and Dairy new machinery.
* Support the Head of Marketing in developing marketing strategies for the Iberian Beverage and Dairy markets.
* Manage and report the entire project offer process, including customer contact, scope definition, and commercial discussions.
* Prospect and collaborate with external partners.
* Manage customer relationships effectively.
* Support the Financial Department in managing customer payment issues.

Your Profile / Qualifications:

* University Degree in Engineering.
* Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in similar roles.
* Knowledge of modern sales process organization methods and tools (e.g., CRM, pricing, ordering).
* Proven negotiation and contracting skills.
* Understanding of corporate finance.
* Strong customer focus and ability to fulfill customer expectations.
* Open-minded, solution-oriented, with strong problem-solving skills.
* Team player, networker, and skilled negotiator.
* Excellent communication skills and a strong sales orientation.
* Ability to engage with customers at various levels.
* Willingness to travel.
