Role Overview
We are seeking Data Analysts to support fast-paced AI-driven initiatives, such as digital assistants, voice bots, and other next-gen support tools.
This role combines a strong foundation in Data Analytics (70%) with an affinity for Data Science (30%) and involves defining success metrics, improving data quality, reporting, and generating insights to influence strategic decisions.
The ideal candidate has a deep curiosity for user behavior, proficiency in product analytics, and a customer-first mindset that drives actionable insights.
Key Responsibilities:
* Design and implement customer journey tracking mechanisms.
* Extract, prepare, and explore data from multiple sources to uncover actionable insights, possibly by joining several data sources.
* Design dashboards in Tableau for visualizations.
* Create automated reporting solutions using SQL, Python, or Tableau to streamline reporting tasks.
* Conduct exploratory data analysis to identify patterns and insights.
* Support OKR tracking by aligning data metrics to business objectives and monitoring performance over time.
Requirements:
* 3-5 years of professional experience in Data Analytics, ideally with exposure to AI/ML-driven use cases.
* Strong proficiency in SQL, Python, and BI tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
* Hands-on experience with Tag Management, Web Analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics), cloud platforms (e.g., BigQuery, Azure), and data visualization/reporting tools.
* Ability to translate business needs into analytical and technical requirements.
* Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate across teams.
* Experience in Product Analytics is a plus.
* Familiarity with Large Language Models (LLMs), chatbots, or AI-enabled customer service solutions is advantageous.
* Willingness to travel occasionally across Europe.
