We're hiring a Mixed-Methods Researcher (German – Mandatory) – Banking Sector (Quant-Driven | 100% Remote)
At General Software, we are seeking a Mixed-Methods User Researcher with a strong quantitative orientation to join an exciting, long-term project with a leading company in the banking sector.
Your mission
You will design, execute, and analyze end-to-end user research studies, combining qualitative and quantitative approaches—with a strong focus on surveys, metrics, and data-driven insights—to enhance and optimize the digital user experience.
Responsibilities
* Plan and conduct mixed-methods research (surveys, usability testing, interviews, analytics-based studies).
* Create and manage quantitative research instruments (questionnaires, sampling plans, metrics frameworks).
* Analyze datasets and translate findings into actionable business and UX recommendations.
* Complement quantitative insights with qualitative evidence.
* Collaborate with UX, Product, Business, and Data teams.
Requirements
* Proven experience in quantitative research: survey design, stats, behavioral metrics, dashboards, etc.
* Experience integrating qualitative insights into mixed methods.
* Strong command of Excel and familiarity with analysis tools (SPSS, R, Python, etc. is a plus).
* Fluency in German (C1–C2) is mandatory. 🇩🇪

* Spanish is a plus. 🇪🇸
