About the role
Computacenter is a leading independent technology partner. In Spain we operate a Integral Service Desk that supports employees and partners by providing practical IT solutions.
Responsibilities
The main responsibilities of this role include:
- Answer user queries by phone, email and ticketing tools, keeping daily contact with users across Europe
- Resolve IT issues that arise during office work
- Document and log calls in the ticketing tool
- Delegate unresolved problems to competent teams
- Maintain and improve customer satisfaction levels
- Communicate with team members and other departments

- Remote work 80% of the time (4 days/month on-site)
- Full-time contract – 39 hours/week
- Rotating schedule: Monday‑Friday 07:00‑19:00
- Ticket restaurant (1100€ per year)
