We are looking for a dedicated Executive Assistant to the CEO at City Sightseeing Worldwide!
In this pivotal role, you will support the CEO by managing their schedule, coordinating travel arrangements, and handling a variety of administrative tasks. This is a temporary position to cover a maternity leave, but it’s also a great opportunity for us to get to know you better and potentially explore future opportunities together.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Managing the CEO’s calendar, including scheduling meetings and appointments.
- Coordinating travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, and itineraries.
- Preparing and organizing documents for meetings and presentations.
- Handling confidential information with discretion.
- Liaising with other departments and stakeholders to facilitate communication.
What we’re looking for:
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role.
- English proficiency at C2 level or native.
- A team player who is proactive, solution-oriented, and professional.
