About the Role:
We are looking for a Process Engineer to join our Enflex Value Stream within the Operations team.
Reporting directly to the Enflex & Retrofits Value Stream Owner, you will ensure the continuity and efficiency of the machinery assembly process, applying Lean Manufacturing principles to support improvements in Lead Time, Quality and Cost.
Main Responsibilities
Conduct project meetings at the beginning, during, and at the end of the assembly process, gathering insights on the full production flow.
Act as Manufacturing Incident Responsible, applying SQDIP to manage issues, define root causes, assign ownership, corrective actions, and closure timing.
Facilitate the flow of technical information between the Engineering Department and assembly teams.
Translate production know‑how into standardized procedures (Standard Work, Assembly Guides).
Ensure correct configuration of devices, assemblies, and machines, minimizing inventory obsolescence.
Design tools and equipment required for the assembly process.
Maintain and update the Enflex + Retrofits layout and machine movement planning.
What You Need to Be Successful:
Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Industrial, Electrical or similar).
Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a similar role.
Proven experience in manufacturing environments applying Lean Principles (production BOM, lean cell design, standard work, 5S).
Proficiency in 3D CAD software (SolidWorks & Composer).
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to define improvement strategies based on data.
Ability to manage multiple processes accurately.
Team‑oriented, results‑driven and deadline‑focused mindset.
Innovative approach and continuous improvement mindset.
Good command of English and Spanish.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel) and SAP.
Availability for worldwide travel when required.
