As a Business Development Manager, you’ll play a key role in accelerating growth across the Spanish market. You'll be responsible for driving new business and managing key relationships with:
Employers offering digital health benefitsPrivate health insurers seeking virtual care solutionsHospitals and clinics exploring hybrid care modelsThis is a full-cycle sales role – from prospecting and pitching to negotiating and closing – working cross-functionally with marketing, product, and medical teams to tailor solutions to client needs.Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute a go-to-market strategy targeting employers, insurers, and providersBuild and manage a robust pipeline of qualified opportunitiesPresent product demos and commercial proposals to C-level stakeholdersNegotiate contract terms and close new partnershipsMaintain accurate records in CRM and report on KPIsAct as the voice of the customer, feeding insights back to product & leadershipWhat We're Looking For:
3+ years of B2B sales experience, ideally in digital health or Health SaaSStrong network or understanding of the Spanish healthcare and employer benefits landscapeNative-level Spanish, strong written and verbal EnglishTrack record of consistently exceeding sales targetsConsultative selling style and ability to influence senior decision-makersPassion for digital health and improving healthcare access
