physical stores and e commerce ), basic technical support for troubleshooting and backoffice tasks.Spoken and written communication in EnglishListening and understanding capacityEmpathy (Understanding others)Customer focusProblem solving and Technical learningIntegrity and trustConflict managementDesirable experienceDigital (User level)/ e-commerce user.Cross-Selling Up-Selling.Social Media UserA plus if they have previous experiences in services in store attending consumer´s on these product categories38.5h/week, rotating shifts from Monday to Friday, from 08.00 to 18.00Referral Program:
