Joining us means joining a truly general community of more than **70000 **people dedicated to solving real-world mobility challenges and achieving international projects with sustainable local impact.Join us as a **Commissioning & Warranty Project Manager **and you will be loolking at a career defining role based in Trapaga, Spain**Your Role**:As a Commissioning & Warranty Project Manager** **you will be responsible of corresponding activities during this phase, in order to make sure our equipment’s meets their contractual requirements during commercial service.**Your responsabilities**:- Plan and control, load, resources, equipment, and cost for commissioning and field support during warranty.- To prepare inputs for Budget/Forecast/strategic Plan. To control and manage warranty provision.- To define and manage spares stock availability and repair flow.- Control of contractual RAMSE and supply requirements. To provide reliability graphs, monthly failures/incidents, suggestions for improvement, etc- Selection of commissioning and warranty incidences that need root-cause analysis and participation in the corresponding meetings.- Participation on the design reviews led by engineering. Reporting project information for E&M; Management WRB.- Representation of Trapaga CS within the Division, from the point of view of data interchange, participation in workshops, attendance to meetings etc.- To plan, develop, control and coordinate with the customer, partners and suppliers tests, repairs, solving of failures and systematic modifications during the commissioning and warranty.- To manage customer claims during warranty phase.- Interface with customers, other constructors, subcontractors, during the warranty phase- Integrate respect of EHS rules and any work-related processes- Promoting the Alstom Code of Ethics and adhering to the highest standards of ethical conduct.**Performance measurements**:- Fullfilment of above mentioned task- Customer satiscfaction- Respect of EHS rules and work-related processes**Qualifications**:- Graduated from engineering school- Technical knowledge, either mechanical or electrical / electronics (several years)- General railway and Product knowledge- EHS knowledge- Fluency in Spanish and EnglishAlstom is the leading company in the mobility sector, solving the most interesting challenges for tomorrow’s mobility.
