Your project
You will play a key role in keeping day-to-day operations running smoothly from an administrative and coordination perspective, ensuring that both customer-funded and public-funded R&D; projects are delivered
on time, on scope, and on budget
.
Your main responsibilities
- Coordinate and manage
customer-funded and public-funded R&D; projects
under the supervision of the Operations Manager
- Monitor, track, and report project status
- Support the
Sales team
during quotation and pre-sales phases (planning, timelines, effort estimation, resource coordination)
- Support end-to-end project coordination: project briefs, documentation, closure, and lessons learned
- Ensure smooth collaboration with internal and external stakeholders
- Maintain organized administrative and project documentation
- Provide feedback and reporting to the Quality Department
What we are looking for
- +1 year of experience
in project coordination or project management within a team
- Ability to break down
technical tasks and priorities
for design, testing, and fabrication projects
- Experience with
justification writing for authorities
- Proven experience in
public-funded R&D; project coordination
- Control of
scope, timelines (1–36 months), and budgets (€50k–€500k)
- Knowledge of
photonics
- Fluent
Spanish and English
(written and spoken)
Nice to have (not essential)
- Good understanding of the
PDCA cycle
- Knowledge of
Agile methodologies
- Experience using
Odoo ERP
- Previous experience with
ISO 9001 certification
