Role Overview
~ You will be part of a growing IAM practice delivering strategic and technical solutions to enterprise clients across various industries. The roles involve working on the design, implementation, and optimization of IAM frameworks, ensuring secure and efficient access management across complex IT environments.
Key Responsibilities
~ Design and implement IAM solutions across enterprise environments
~ Work with leading IAM platforms such as SailPoint, CyberArk, Okta, Saviynt, or Azure AD
~ Support Identity Governance & Administration (IGA) and Privileged Access Management (PAM) initiatives
~ Define and implement access control models (RBAC, ABAC)
~ Participate in IAM architecture design and system integrations
~ Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to align IAM strategies with business objectives
~ Conduct security assessments, audits, and compliance reviews
~(Senior roles) Lead teams, manage stakeholders, and drive IAM strategy and transformation programs
Required Skills & Experience
Proven experience in Identity & Access Management (IAM)
Hands-on experience with at least one IAM platform (SailPoint, CyberArk, Okta, Saviynt, Azure AD)
Strong understanding of IAM concepts: IGA, PAM, SSO, MFA, RBAC
Experience with authentication protocols (SAML, OAuth, OIDC)
Knowledge of security best practices and compliance frameworks
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
Nice to Have
Experience in consulting environments or client-facing roles
Knowledge of cloud IAM (Azure, AWS, GCP)
Certifications in IAM or cybersecurity
