Neuraxpharm is seeking a Corporate Head of Supply Chain to strengthen our Corporate Technology team. Given the highly specialized nature of the role, based in Europe.
Your MissionReporting to the Chief Technology Officer (CTO), this role offers an exciting opportunity to lead and optimize the end‐to‐end global supply chain, ensuring seamless and efficient operations from procurement to distribution. You will play a key role in driving strategic and operational excellence, strengthening cross‐functional collaboration, and ensuring supply continuity, cost optimization, regulatory compliance, and superior customer service in a dynamic and fast‐growing environment.
Your Major Accountabilities
Lead and implement global supply chain strategies, standards, and processes in alignment with corporate objectives.
Act as the main interface between Commercial Operations and Technical Operations, ensuring alignment through the S&AOP process.
Oversee end‐to‐end supply chain activities: procurement, forecasting, inventory management, distribution, CMOs, supplier management, and logistics.
Drive digital transformation and best‐practice implementation to enhance supply chain efficiency, visibility, and agility.
Ensure standardized procedures across forecasting, logistics coordination, master data management, and artwork management.
Define, monitor, and analyze global KPIs, leading continuous improvement and cost‐optimization initiatives.
Build and develop a high‐performing global supply chain team, driving capability development and organizational excellence.
Manage budgets, assess risks, ensure business continuity, compliance, and adherence to industry regulations.
Support product launches, lifecycle management, and market expansions through robust planning and scenario management.
We Would Like You To Have
Degree in Engineering, Economics, or Business Administration; MBA preferred.
10+ years of management experience leading international Supply Chain teams in the pharmaceutical industry, ideally in a corporate role.
Proven experience working with international CMOs and suppliers.
Experience with global S&OP, forecasting, advanced planning systems and digital supply chain tools.
Strong communication skills, cross‐functional leadership, and an entrepreneurial mindset.
Solid knowledge of SAP, GMP, and end‐to‐end supply chain processes (Make‐to‐Demand, procure‐to‐Pay, Order‐to‐Cash).
Advanced MS Office skills (Excel, PowerPoint); experience with automation or programming tools is a plus.
Fluent English; ability to collaborate across geographies in multicultural settings.
Availability of traveling is up to ~20%.
