**YOUR IMPACT**
We are seeking a highly motivated and analytical Sales Execution Support to join our commercial team within the digital payments sector. This role will play a critical part in providing actionable insights and data-driven recommendations to drive strategic decision-making and optimize business performance.
- Assist in the development and implementation of sales processes and workflows to streamline sales operations and improve efficiency.
- Provide administrative support to the sales team, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and coordinating travel arrangements.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to create and maintain sales collateral, presentations, and training materials to support the sales process.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of sales enablement resources and tools.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline opportunities in CRM systems.
- Generate reports and dashboards to track sales performance metrics and KPIs, providing insights to support decision-making and resource allocation.
- Serve as a point of contact for sales inquiries and customer support issues, liaising with internal teams to resolve customer issues promptly and effectively.
- Assist in preparing sales proposals, contracts, and other documentation required for the sales process.
**WHO YOU ARE**:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. Experience in sales support or administration within the digital payments industry is preferred.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) for data management and analysis.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders.
- Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in data entry and documentation.
- Proactive and resourceful approach to problem-solving, with a commitment to delivering high-quality support to the sales team.
