Smash sales targets and KPIs (ATV, UPT, and Conversion) through strategic floor management.Lead the Squad:
Recruit, train, and mentor a high-performing team of Beauty Advisors. You’re their coach, not just their boss.Curate the Vibe:
Oversee visual merchandising to ensure our store looks editorial-ready at all times.Master the "Clienteling":
Build lasting relationships with our VIPs and coordinate exclusive in-store events and masterclasses.Stay Ahead of the Trend:
Be the local expert on what’s viral, what’s "out," and what ingredients our customers are craving.
What We’re Looking For:Experience:
3–5 years in Retail Management (Beauty or Luxury experience is a major plus).Leadership:
A proven track record of developing talent and hitting aggressive sales goals.Tech Savvy:
Comfortable with POS systems, inventory software, and basic data analysis.Passion:
You know your Niacinamide from your Hyaluronic Acid and can talk shop with the best of them.Flexibility:
Ready to work weekends, holidays, and the occasional late-night floor reset.
