Your Impact
* Sales & Conversion: Lead consultative sales conversations from initial interest to confirmed booking. You will handle objections, manage urgency, drive upsells, and take full ownership of your individual revenue targets (NTR).
* Portfolio Growth: Build and nurture a personal client portfolio using both inbound requests and proactive outbound campaigns. You will manage structured follow‑ups in our CRM to encourage repeat business and long‑term loyalty.
* Expert Advisory: Master MSC itineraries, ships, and pricing to confidently recommend tailored solutions that balance customer needs with our premium brand experience.
Who You Are
* Experienced in Sales: You bring a proven background in consultative, phone‑based sales. Backgrounds in travel, hospitality, or premium retail are a major plus.
* Commercially Driven: You possess a strong commercial mindset with a natural focus on conversion, results, and hitting targets.
* Relationship Builder: You are confident in managing customer relationships, guiding decision‑making, and navigating objections.
