We are seeking an accomplished
Regional EMEA HR Business Partner (HRBP)
for our high-performing
Aerospace (AERO)
and
Protective Marine Coatings (PMC)
businesses. This pivotal role offers high visibility, autonomy, and a clear path for career progression within the HR organisation. You will guide talent management, engagement, and organisational effectiveness across the largest region for PMC.
This is an investment role for the right person, viewed as a potential successor to the current Global HRBP or for other significant roles.
What This Role Offers You
High Visibility & Autonomy: Work with high-profile General Managers (GMs) in small, focused organisations, gaining visibility to the Operating Committee and EMEA leadership. You will be autonomous, with the manager there to support, not micromanage.
Support Growth & Transformation: Partner with AERO, which is the highest growth rate business in the company, to support major growth initiatives.
Clear Career Pathway: This is seen as a strategic role with a "pretty clear pathway" for progression and opportunity within the HRBP function.
Strategic Focus: Lead critical, high-impact areas like sales incentive design, talent assessment mechanics, and succession planning.
Your Key Responsabilities
The role requires a strategic and operational approach, with an expected even split between AERO and PMC.
Organisation Development & Effectiveness
Design and optimise organisational structures to align with strategy and cost objectives.
Lead and measure the impact of change management initiatives.
Drive staffing strategies to build required capabilities.
Workforce Planning
Streamline the organisation through restructuring.
Develop headcount (HC) forecasts aligned with business initiatives.
Ensure accurate data tracking and reporting.
Capability Building & Talent
Coach leaders on performance management and talent decisions.
Drive talent development and engagement initiatives. Talent assessment mechanics are particularly valuable.
Support strategic hiring and executive onboarding.
Commercial & Operational Excellence
Enhance Commercial Excellence capabilities and sales incentives. Experience in sales incentive design, plan design, or changes to
