Build and manage excellent relationships with candidates and hiring managers, maximising contract performance while meeting service level agreements.Ensure all clients, candidates, and colleagues have an experience aligned with Page Outsourcing values.Key responsibilities:
Capture successful candidate details and initiate onboarding activities.Schedule hiring manager interviews with candidates.Track candidate progress against onboarding checklists, highlighting and escalating outstanding actions.Respond to onboarding issues through the escalation process, resolving dropouts or delays.Educate candidates on onboarding requirements to minimise dropouts and delays.Arrange keep-in-touch calls or updates with candidates regarding onboarding progress.Coordinate with third-party vendors and internal teams responsible for onboarding elements.Raise requests for facilities or system access.Book candidates into orientation or first-day activities.Share new joiner packs or information.Manage contractor and temp-to-perm conversions.What you will bring:
Native or advanced proficiency in English and Czech.At least 2 years of experience in recruitment, customer service, or related fields.Excellent communication skills.Ability to prioritise and manage workload independently.Reliability and organisation.Proactive approach.Strong business ethics and integrity.Ability to work under pressure and within company procedures.Team player with flexibility and confidence.Understanding of industry and market dynamics.Effective negotiation and influencing skills.Customer and candidate-focused attitude.How will you be rewarded?
