Job Description
Doctors use our agenda to manage their availability on our marketplace. We seek a Senior Product Manager for the Doctor Solutions team to identify key functionalities to benefit doctors. This team collaborates with pricing, monetization, and marketing to develop effective pricing strategies for new features.
Your responsibilities include:
1. Define vision, strategy, and key results to increase our value to doctors and our revenue.
2. Collaborate with customer success, local teams, and marketing to identify problems and opportunities.
3. Work closely with engineering, design, research, and analytics teams to solve customer problems.
4. Use data and evidence to influence business leaders and align around value propositions.
5. Experiment, monitor, and analyze doctor behaviors with different features.
6. Manage a backlog of initiatives, executing through experimentation and data analysis.
Qualifications
What skills and experience are needed?
* 5+ years in product management (B2B2C, B2B at scale) with successful product delivery.
* Technical background or relevant knowledge to engage in technical discussions.
* Strong analytical skills to interpret product data and derive insights.
* High energy, ownership, and excellent communication skills.
* Ability to work autonomously in a high-ambiguity environment.
* Hands-on approach with adaptability to fast-paced environments, balancing strategy and operational work.
Preferred experience:
* Experience in healthcare industry.
* Building SaaS solutions.
* Developing SaaS pricing strategies.
