We are looking for a Sales and Customer Service Agent (Inbound) to join our dynamic, multicultural team in the premium cruise and travel sector.
Main Responsibilities:
· Handle incoming calls and requests (inbound) from individual customers (B2C) and travel agencies/companies (B2B).
· Occasionally perform proactive follow-ups (outbound) with customers who have received vouchers, discounts, or preferred cabin offers, providing personalized assistance to complete their booking.
· Issue, modify, and track reservations and operational requests.
· Provide expert advice to clients and partners on products, services, policies, and procedures.
· Resolve incidents with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and retention.
· Maintain accurate records in databases, internal tools, and case documentation.
Requirements:
· Native or bilingual level of French and English (mandatory).
· Previous experience in customer service, sales, reservations management, or similar roles.
· Strong computer literacy and agility with internal systems/CRM.
· Excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and problem-solving ability.
· Experience or interest in international or multilingual environments.
Conditions:
· On-site position based at our offices in central Barcelona (Hospital Clínic area).
· Working hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m. (occasional weekend shifts may be required as the service expands, so schedule flexibility is essential).
· Annual gross salary: €18,978.62.
· Full training provided and permanent contract.
